Never showed up.  I set up an appointment with the plumber to meet me the next morning and he never showed up or even called to cancel.I guess that wasn't unexpected.  When I called to set-up the appointment, I was greeted with a simple "hello?".  Not very professional.

We love these guys.  Cecil is very knowledgeable and funny.  He will tell you up front what is going on and give you a reasonable quote (none of this $60 for the first 15 minutes business).  After we fired West Seattle Affordable plumbing for their awful service, Cecil came in and picked up the pieces.  They are our go-to guys from here on out.

Fast excellent service; happy friendly plumber who does not make the DIY customer feel bad about failed repair attempts. After my two 20 something year old sons twisted the copper pipe attempting to replace a leaking safety valve I called bottom line. They showed up that night to check out the problem. It needed a hard to find part. The next morning we were using hot water again.I just called again for a faulty shower valve. Just like last time he arranged his schedule to match mine.
