Paycom Seattle

We just switched from an older HR system to Paycon and BOY am I glad we did! With a smaller HR team at our company, it was sometimes difficult for us to submit requests for changes, but now I can handle it all myself (and I’m sure our HR team is very grateful for that). Additionally I had like 5 different links saved for all the various HR activities we had to do, but now it’s all in one place. There’s so much more too, but the best part is that, at its core, it’s extremely simple to use. Really can’t stress how much I LOVE it and would recommend it to anyone who’s trying to make their company a little more efficient and their job a little easier.

I had a great experience when my company recently switched to Paycom. The TSR on my account was very helpful and trained my employee how to use the system accurately.

Paycom is very easy to use, which is a huge relief since the previous HR platform we were using was a NIGHTMARE! Our sales representative is always available and is very helpful. Overall very happy with Paycom!
