        John is a scammer. He put a ticket on my car when it was still running and I hadn't even parked, then acted aggressive towards me to intimidate me.

        This company scammed me, I payed into their box and returned to a citation. I wrote to tell them that they made a mistake and they dismissed it out of hand. They threaten to add a late fee and say they will send it to collections if you don't pay.
