Great Hotel in a great part of the city. Staff was welcoming and reservation desk accommodating when I requested a change of rooms (was above 3rd and sometimes the bus noise level is too much). Awesome view south towards Smith Tower. Warm Cookies

Really nice place . A beautiful building. The customer service is outstanding Ashleyand Patrick at the front desk and Jordan are great assets and have exceptional customer service skills. Every employee that helped us did so extremely quickly and always went above and beyond. Jay and Dave called me about my phone charger i left there and made arrangements for me to pick it up. This is a really customer serice oriented hotel.

Historic venue that is meticulously maintained. An old speakeasy style bar. Very impressive rooms and amenities. The Juno restaurant is also quite good

I have stayed at this amazing hotel several times. However, my work schedule while in town has always kept me running non-stop. Today was my first visit to the Polar bar in the hotel. I have been missing out on all of my past trips! Mike is absolutely amazing! He took a few minutes during a lull to show me some of the architectural details and share history of this hotel that I had not seen/known. His service was also absolutely amazing. I know to always expect the best at Doubletree, but Mike is a notch above the best! Thank you Mike for taking time to make me feel so welcome and teaching me about this building.
