I lost my parking stub on a weekend (free parking day) and was forced to pay $25 to leave the premises, keep those papers people bc they won’t reimburse you.

I had valet parking at Good Samaritan Hospital. Only $3 for 24hrs. My key lock is screwed up. By policy, the valet guys need to lock the vehicle's. Although, my car has always had trouble unlocking, they locked it and struggled to reenter my car. I tried to get in but, was unable. I give this valet company a 5 star rating b/c I didn't need to call a locksmith ( because of the dedication Roddy provided). He worked at the crazy lock until he was able to open it! Huge shout out to the most patient worker at Good Sams Hospital Valet!

I'm an Air Force veteran. On a major holiday like Memorial Day, the City of Seattle doesn't charge people for parking. It's very unpatriotic to issue parking tickets on Memorial Day. These guys gave me a parking ticket for less than an hour parked.

I have tried to appeal a parking violation from September. I paid to park at Chandlers Cove but got a violation anyway. Every time I email supporting documentation as required to its website, it's returned as spam. I can't get anyone to answer the phone when I call either. What's up with this company? Someone should investigate it.

Reserved parking online but they gave me a ticket anyway. The parking ticket they sent me had the wrong license plate and I confirmed that I used the correct license plate. I escalated this since it may have been a technical error on their part.....and then they charged me an extra $40 for being late. BS
