Extremely rude workers. The road to drive in the garage is crazy narrow, if you have a large vehicle, you will have an extremely hard time finding parking and getting in and out. I had not realized the parking garage only accepts credit cards and not debit cards or cash. I didnt have my credit card on me, and so I rang for assistance. As I was explaining the issue to the worker, he proceeded to tell me I need to use a credit card and I repeated again that I had no credit card. He starts to raise his voice at me and says it only accepts credit cards, like a credit card will magically appear in my car now. And then he hangs up on the intercom. I call again to ask if theres any way I can pay for my bill inside the building, and he tells me that I needed a credit card to pay at the machine (raised voice again) but I repeated again if I could pay inside. He asked for my name and phone number, and once I gave it he said something (I couldnt get understand) and again hung up. In the end I was able to pay, but the treatment I experienced while I was LITERALLY seeking help for my situation was beyond unacceptable. If you dont have to park here, dont. I strongly encourage you to go somewhere with workers that will actually respect you and find solutions to your issues.

Crazy narrow inside. Lanes switch to opposite sides after entering... pretty weird but aside from that it's alright.
