        Fined us even more money after we had already payed to park for the entire day saying we had blocked a driveway even with no driveway around. It's just a way for them to take advantage of people and take more money.

        Extremely rude person on phone, no customer service skills. Can't pay ticket online or over the phone, have to mail a hand written check. Archaic business practice, it's 2017 you should be able to pay over the phone or online.
