        Friendly staff, very professional. Almost all the negative reviews are not for this garage. This is located directly on 1st in between Columbia and Marion. There is staff no automation machines. Whether self-parking or valet, never head trouble. Highly recommend.

        Used kiosk, got parking permit, displayed on dash. Got sited for parking violation of No Advance Payment.... this was at 1st and Pike between the two buildings. Ticket even states 1st and pike. Got ticket 7 mins after parking.... literally used the kiosk right between the enter and exit! What the hell!!!!
