Jay supports my small consulting practice as a scheduler and admin. I hired him because I was waking up in cold sweats over scheduling -- doodle polls, emails filling up my inbox about date, time, location. Jay sets me up, makes the appointment, puts all of the details in my calendar including the mobile number and the details of what I am supposed to be prepared to talk about. He is proactive about what I should be thinking about for the coming week. Details don't get dropped. I rest easier. He also helps me with paperwork and document formatting. His help has been well worth the investment!
