Christy & her team have been outstanding & invaluable. They helped us clean out our garage a year before we needed to move. Always on time & absolutely hard working while providing excellent help, direction & support. The next year they helped us pack everything to move to our garage so our house could be staged, and to help us give away or throw away 55 years worth of stuff. Then when our house sold right away christy drove to Lacey to direct the movers where to place items & made sure our bed was made & comfortable. Then the very next morning at 8 am she & a team member worked non stop putting all our kitchen, bathroom things away. They made it very livable for us & we do not know how we would have managed without their help. They were great to work with. They really care about you as a person & are fun to be around

Christy's team was great! Worked with my mother-in-law from the start of relocation and finished with setting up her new apartment. They were amazing at recreating her home in her new space.

The first time I worked with Nextstep Transitions was November 2013. I emailed Christy the day before Thanksgiving looking for help relocating 2 elderly sisters from their homes to an assisted living apartment. This once no easy task. One sister was seriously ill and the other sister was her caretaker. They had 2 separate condos filled with a lifetime of cherished belongings and would need to extensively downsize. Our single goal was to have them moved before Christmas. Christy called me the same day I emailed and continued communications with me over Thanksgiving Day and then met with me and these wonderful sisters Thanksgiving weekend to put the plan together. Christy was very patient guiding the sisters through the process and her team was amazing, very kind and so efficient! In less than 2 weeks the sisters moved into their new apartment with all their favorite furniture, art and knick-knacks in all the right places, clothing put away and kitchen ready to go. Most importantly, their Christmas Tress was set-up and decorated for what would be their last holiday together. These thoughtful acts are not about business but about the heart. I have continued to work with Christy over the years and highly recommend she and her team!
