We moved from Southern California and made contact with Wendy in February 2020. She provided general information and reviewed neighborhoods with us on a large screen map in her office. She monitored our favorites in the real estate app she provided. Once we arrived in May and had a chance to focus, she answered our questions about various properties and we visited several with her. She faithfully followed all of the new health guidelines. After a few days of looking, she approached us with a property. She had even gone and checked it out in advance and provided us with additional video of the block and neighborhood. She provided excellent background and made a very insightful suggestion on pricing our offer. Once we decided, she jumped right in and executed the offer same day with the listing agent and the sellers who were now out of state. She advised on a very good title company. When we wanted to revisit to plan some upgrades, she made the process easy. Her calm and relaxed manner were an asset in this frenzied market and time.
