I really cant say enough to recommend Jennifer! Ive bought and sold several homes in the past without the assistance of a real estate agent, and after working with Jennifer Daniels Ive realized what a difference it can make. As a sellers agent, it was due to her knowledge and hard work that we were able to prepare our house to the best advantage; she staged our home beautifully and worked tirelessly to get it seen by as many potential buyers as possible. In terms of the actual sale, she helped us understand various strategies regarding pricing and negotiations and gave us the best advice throughout the process. The result was a final selling price which surpassed our expectations! As a buyers agent, Jennifer also shines. There are so many things that would have been stressful in buying a new house, but having Jennifer with us to guide us through the process of evaluating and purchasing made it seem easy. Her insights were invaluable when looking at properties, and once we found a home that fit our needs she expertly advised on the final negotiations. We are now settled into our new home and owe a lot to Jennifer for making the entire process so streamlined, simple and understandable.

We had a great experience working with Jen both in 2018 and 2022 - buying AND selling! She helped us buy our West Seattle condo in a whirlwind of 3 offers in 11 days as first-time homebuyers - and went above and beyond at every step. Example: our mail key was missing, so we bought a new lock and waited for the postman to arrive to replace it. WHAT?! Over the past few months, Jen's helped us get that same condo ready to sell. It looked gorgeous after some white paint and staging, and sold for enough over-asking to fund a bathroom remodel or two in our new home. Oh, AND Jen hooked us up with our realtor here in Kitsap, who helped us buy our family home at a price we could afford in a super competitive market. So helpful to have pros every step of the way.

Jennifer Daniels worked very hard to analyze the current market and make sure the property was well prepared for showing.
