I cannot speak highly enough about Jim and his team. He helped my family move from NC to Washington, after my wife got out of the Marines and took a job in Seattle. In a market where every second counts and most folks make closer to 10 offers than 1 before winning, and folks look at a VA loan like its a plague, Jim fought for us. We won our first offer! And then two years later, when I retired from the Corps and we decided to stick around Wa for a while, he helped us sell our home and find another. First offer was a winning offer, again! Hes the only agent I will ever use. Hope hes flexible because Im stuffing him in a trunk when we leave and taking him with us!
