I have never had a better experience with a realtor. Kara goes above and beyond. With Kara I got more than just a real estate sale: I got incredible advice, honesty, responsive communication, and an ease that I did not think you could have in a real estate transaction! Outside of the transaction itself, she made our move so easy by connecting us with every kind of person or company that we would need, often making those initial calls and scheduling those appointments herself. I highly recommend Kara and am truly happy to have met such a wonderful person.

Kara went above and beyond for my mother for many months while my mom decluttered, remodeled and finally got everything in to storage so that her place could be listed. Kara was beyond helpful, arranging everything, handling the contractors, staging, even showing up repeatedly to do work herself to make everything perfect before, during and after the sale. I have purchased 3 homes in the past, and sold 2, and never, ever have I had such a dedicated, kind, understanding, motivated agent. I would choose Kara again in a heartbeat. Just fantastic service all around!

Kara is incredibly personable and goes out of her way to do the best job possible. She was kind about our situation (moving long distance after a close relative passing) and made sure we felt comfortable. We think that we will be in touch with Kara for probably forever, and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing realtor! She is on the ball and so prepared. I loved working with her to both sell our house and buy the perfect new place. She listens to what you like and dont like and also is intuitive to what you may need but dont necessarily know how to describe. If I ever need another realtor, shes it!

Kara is the most accommodating real estate agent I know. She went above and beyond the call of duty to find us a house. We were very specific about price range, location specifications, and the time frame for finding and moving into our new home, and Kara worked tirelessly to get us everything we wanted. She answered our many questions and worked hard for us during every step of the process, from fashioning a reasonable bid, to negotiating, re-negotiating, dealing with our "fix it list" after the inspection, and working with our mortgage lender. And talk about timely; we made our offer on Jan 5 2019 and closed on Jan 31 2019! Kara made herself available by phone, text, and email at all hours for every step of the process, and made an otherwise stressful experience fun. She added a real personal, human touch to the entire process. We will never look for another agent now that we've found her. I can't recommend her highly enough.
