As a first-time home buyer, I needed a lot of guidance. Erin went above and beyond to explain and then guide me through the process. Throughout, he centered decisions around my needs/wants, gave amazing advice, and was a strong advocate in negotiations. He worked week and weekend to find me a home. Near closing, my lender dropped a ball and did not quite make the closing date. It was extremely stressful as movers were coming the next morning. Unbeknownst to me, that night, Erin drove up north and convinced the seller to hand over the keys. Then he drove to me, texted me to go outside, and surprised me. Yes, he's that type of realtor- and guy! I can't recommend Erin enough.

I had a rental property in Des Moines, WA which had been poorly cared for by the renter who abandoned the property. The grounds & house were in poor shape. Erin arranged many of the necessary appointments for workmen to do the repairs. The pre-sale inspection checklist was arranged by Erin, as well as the necessary repairs. The showings, sale negotiations were carried out by Erin in a very efficient, professional way. He communicated well every step in this whole process.
