I have known Maynard for 7 years now and conducted 5 real estate transactions with him. This including buying, selling and renting homes. He is plainly very good at his job. You can expect a smooth transaction with different steps of the process taken care of without much stress. To add he is an expert negotiator and I've had a lot of success getting bids accepted and enticing offers to sell. He walked us through the process, connected us with people to do a little bit of work that was necessary and communicated well throughout the process. My husband and I recently purchased a home with Wagner Real Estate Group. We had very specific desires for our new home that could have driven some realtors crazy, but everyone in The Group took us seriously and remained positive. During the process, we worked with Maynard, Justin and Michael; all three were professional to a fault, had insightful comments during our viewings, and kept us on track throughout writing the offer. We needed to move right around the time that the pandemic started, and rather than being a stressful and scary process, Maynard calmly and safely led us through the purchase of our new home in Seattle and the sale of our house in Tacoma.
