Karen was a fantastic agent and advocate for my real estate transaction. She was thorough, detailed and 100% in my corner for finding me the perfect home. I love working with Karen, shes very knowledgeable about the Seattle housing market and as such I have bought and sold several properties with her with great results. What I appreciate most when selling is that Karen project manages all of it. Im always busy so I like that I never have to feel stressed chasing things down - Karen regularly communicates exactly what needs to be done and when so that nothing is ever happening last minute.
