We were extremely grateful for the advice they gave us about preparing our house for sale. They helped us get painters, plumbers, contractors, stagers etc. in quickly to do the necessary work so we could stay on schedule. They were there with us every step of the way! And they were constantly checking on final details right up until the house sold. Because we followed Mary and Renes advice we had several offers over our asking price! As a team they drove a very fast sale, recommending excellent professionals for staging and painting, and Kim particularly guided us through the inevitable hiccups.
