Damon asked me to sign an exusive buyers agreement knowing that I was working with another realtor, asked for an exclusive buyer agreement with a 3% clause. This means that if I bought a property from another realtor during this agreement then I would still owe Damon 3%. To make it worse commission is 2.5 he's seeking an extra .5. Also asked me to apply for a loan from his vendor instead of VeteranUnited who put me in contact with him... I'm sorry but these types of practices are why realotrs get bad names

Buying a house is not an easy process. A lot of emotions are in play and it is so easy to stress out. Thankfully Damon was our realtor because he made the whole process a smooth transition. We literally looked at potential houses , he got us a appointment to view the house (always quickly) we said yay or nay and he did the rest of the work. We are so thankful for everything Damon did for us. We got our house and we are so in love.

Damon was fantastic! As first time home buyers, we couldn't have asked for a more patient and informative realtor. He was also an incredible advocate who came to bat for us many times throughout the process and brought a professional poise that helped to make a stressful situation as stress free as possible. Even with this tough market these days Damon went to bat for us, took multiple bids at times we would schedule viewings of homes we be willing to bid on day after day. He is professional and will be upfront with you of what to expect and knows how the industry works. Any advice he gives take it and run with it, next purchase if he is still in the industry would def seek his help.
