My wife and I used Kristen to buy our first home in 2019. Kristen listened to what we wanted in a home before we started our search so that we didn't waste our time viewing houses that we had no interest in. Kristen has incredible knowledge about many aspects of a house, including structure, and build quality. There was a flipped house that we viewed that visually looked nice, but she quickly pointed out the lack of quality in the renovation, which helped us to avoid placing a bid on a house that would not stand the test of time. I greatly appreciated that she would give her honest opinion about a house. I can not recommend Kristen enough.

Kristen is great. She provides excellent service and is always available to show properties or answer any questions. She is very knowledgeable about the Seattle area and real estate in general. She has helped us purchase two homes, most recently in September 2021. We highly recommend Kristen and will continue to use her for all of our real estate needs.

Outstanding service! Kristen's knowledge of the industry allowed us to time our sale perfectly. She went above and beyond in researching an issue that was not surfaced when we purchased the house 20 years ago and did what was needed to resolve the issue cleanly. She communicated with us regularly. No stone was left unturned and I don't think our sale could have gone any smoother. She has my business for life!
