Mia was magnificent! She kept it real with us as new, naive home buyers; and kept her patience, answering all our questions through this unfamiliar process. Mia and Kristin kept us informed on market changes, new listings and helped develop a strategy for this tumultuous time in real estate. Mia was an absolute joy to work with at every stage of our homebuying journey. Mia and her wonderful colleague Kristin checked all of those boxes and more. Mia proved to be immensely organized, responsive to our outreach, and reactive to our preferences. We also were immensely impressed with her effectiveness - she helped us produce strong offers, and, even though we lost out on several bids, she helped us strategize and close on a wonderful home in Ballard after only a couple months of searching in a very competitive market.
