John is extremely knowledgeable with the current housing market and set expectations on hot the neighborhoods are and what Id be facing. John showed me quite a few properties that I had interest in and to expect potential bidding wars. When I was ready to make an offer, I knew what to expect as well as what I needed to offer in order to get my dream home. John was also very thorough in following up with my mortgage loan process all the way to closing! John was also resourceful in all the things I needed to get set up/services for my new home.
