Zach helped me find and buy my first home -- a new construction condo in Seattle. He was professional, and highly responsive. Once I made a decision on the unit I wanted to purchase, Zach was quick with the paperwork and had the purchase contract completed over a weekend. He even negotiated and got me a $10k credit from the seller to cover my closing costs. Also, when I needed to get an extension on my closing date, Zach made it happen and provided reassurance that it would be no problem. I would recommend Zach to any of my friends in a heartbeat.
