My entire experience at this store was a positive one. Great and attentive service from Blue, the manager, who pulled out many suits for me to consider though he knew I would only be purchasing one or two. He was chatty and upbeat during the fittings, and I felt like a valued customer and in no way rushed.

In summary, they will tell you anything to sell you a suit but in the end won't deliver.
I originally went to this store to rent a suit for a wedding. The salesperson talked me into buying a suit since they had a sale and it was similar to the rental price. The wedding was less than two weeks away, but the salesperson assured me that not only would it be ready in time, I would have enough time for a second set of alterations if necessary.
After a week of no communication, I went into the store to inquire about the suit on a Saturday. A different person was working and could not find the suit or any information about it, but he said he would call me back that evening. I got a call from him as promised and he said the suit would be ready on Tuesday. This was way obviously too late to have a second set of alterations given the wedding was going to be on Friday and I was flying out Thursday, but I didn't say anything. I asked if the suit would be ready in the afternoon and the person said yes.
Tuesday evening after work, I stop by to pick up the suit and once again it's nowhere to be found, no one knows where it is, and the person who sold it to me isn't there! At this point I was pretty upset. The person working told me they'd call me the next morning. Only they lied to me again and no one called me in the morning. I called Wednesday afternoon, explained everything to yet another salesperson and they said would call the person who actually sold me the suit. After a few moments on hold, the "story" they gave me was that the suit was sent to their national tailoring service (which makes no sense since they have an in-store tailor and this was supposed to be a rush order) and that it would be back in-store on Thursday at 11am.
Can you guess what happens next? I was at the store Thursday afternoon, only a few hours left before my flight, and there was no suit for me! The original salesperson was there but he had no reasonable explanation. The only thing they could offer was to make me a new suit that afternoon (I could only choose from two styles they had left in my size). So with about 2 hours left until I had planned to leave work to go pack and head to the airport, I had to skip work while they altered a brand new suit for me, then rush home to pack, then jump on the plane.
The story doesn't end here though. It has been a week and I still haven't heard from them about the suit, which said I could keep in addition to the last-minute one they made. I just called them to check the status and was told that the suit is in the store and that someone called me on Friday. My phone history says that is a complete lie though. What are the chances the suit will actually be there when I go in to get it?
