Contacted them about a simple rekeying of 2 doors (should be easy and quick, I could probably do it myself). Somehow ended up on their corporate email chain about company partnerships. Continue to get emails from them. They lost the business and earned themselves a 1 star review. Do better.

This team is amazing. Our board of directors hired them to install our entry system and from the get go they were super professional, helpful, and willing to let me put my nose in their business. . They went the extra mile to figure out how to get our new entry system installed even when all the parts did not arrive as planned. After we completed this projected, I hired them again to help in my own business and once again, they were at the top of their game. The work was done in a timely manner and they left the space super clean and tidy. I highly recommend this team of professionals for any security needs you have.

***Also, they do not have a commercial permit for parking so when their employees get parking tickets during work they make the EMPLOYEES pay for the ticket. This is a very very bad company. Original: Horrible place to work. In 3 years, every single member of the staff, other than the owner, changed frequently. No pay to train the new staff. Owner OFTEN "forgets" to pay for On-Call jobs. Owner is 95% of the time not available and/or out-of-the-country. They say they are family focused, but its only the owner's family they are focused on. Very poor communication skills and a bookkeeping disaster. If you are looking to work here, I would avoid at all costs. Edit because they replied. No, you had employee getting 11 thousand dollar jobs, and someone who won you bids and you failed to give him any kind of raise, not a cost-of-living raise nor ANY acknowledgement for his successes. You did NOT pay when he trained people and you kept adding responsibilities and then repremanding him when he didn't jump at taking on more for the same wage. One more edit: On multiple counts we had to wait 3 months for pay for on call. Must I find the paystubs and post photos? The only reason you had ANY of your jobs was because of Steve. And yes, James is who Steve reported to. The "manager" changed just as many times. James is fire-happy. For instance, days after someone had covid, they were fired. "Abruptly"; because he was forced into oncall without question when your employee had something to do with his child. And it wasn't the first time. You're just a bad employer, simple. Photo of a text conversation between owner James and me as wife of his best employee. Before xmas *I* had to ask for payment for Christmas money after my husband had already asked twice. Also: all the good reviews about Kylee, they pushed her out. She no longer works there.
