They say theyll return your call, and then dont. I feel compelled to leave a review although Im not a review person, because their customer service has been at best poor. Look for a different agency.

The customer service that I received from this location in October 2020 was top notch. I had just moved from another state and needed renters insurance as well as car insurance for a new car. Andrea (usually in the Edmonds office) helped me with all my needs, was extremely personable, walked me through everything during what was an otherwise stressful time, and even gave me recommendations for things in the area.
