Terrible brokerage firm. I submitted a request for help through washington healthplanfinder and they never accepted it or rejected it. Now I'm completely blocked from working with a different broker and WHPF can't do anything about it. Completely unprofessional services.

Called mutual benefits for help choosing medicare supplemental insurance. Denise took my information and we set an appointment with Sarah for the following week. Day of appointment Sarah was  a no show. Called and no one answered. Called a few days later and no one answered, no one ever bothered to get back me.

I called mutual benefits for help choosing medicare supplemental insurance. Spoke with Denise and a meeting was set up with Sarah for the following week. The day of the appointment, Sarah was a no show. I called mutual benefits and there was no response. no one answered the phone. I called a few days later and still no one answered the phone. Very strange and odd behavior from an insurance company

I worked with Shreya Russel when needing to choose a new plan through the Washington exchange. I had entered my doctors and prescriptions, and based on that information, she was immediately able to recommend two different plans. We talked through plan scope, and what doctors might or might not be covered, as well as prescriptions and other services. I had spent my own time trying to figure it out, and time with another broker who was not able to get me the information I needed. Shreya and Mutual Benefits Inc, had me on my way to choosing a plan in a matter of minutes. Once I decided which plan I preferred, she processed my request and signed us up on our plan, and this was on a Saturday!She went above and beyond to help me get the insurance that made the most sense for my family. I worked with Shreya Russell, and she helped me get setup with individual insurance and made it so easy, and was able to get me a plan that had what I need and is affordable! I wouldn't have health insurance if it weren't for her help. I highly recommend!!!
