Buying a FIX in Flip in Seattle My lender recommended AllState Nicole Schiefelbein. Probably the worst experience I have had in my 700 plus flips in real estate. She is nice and rude all at the same time smiles at you and stabs you in the back worst kind of human possible. Don't trust her no matter how nice she is to you.
