Dental Health Services

I have paid for 2 months of this lousy service and am not showing on my dentists roster so I am actually NOT covered..No phone call has EVER been returned or picked up. This business should not be allowed to function. If I was attorney I would shut them down. Are negative stars possible because one star is not reflective the zero service

The worst. Just the worst. I hate having to call them about everything. Im just about to call again for the 24th time to get new membership cards mailed. Even the simplest thing, like providing members with cards, falls between the cracks. My dentist was no longer in network one day so I needed to find a new one. This took MONTHS because anytime Id ask for a list of dentists it wasnt up to date. Id research a dentist and call to make the change only to be told, that dentist was no longer in network. This company has been nothing but a nightmare to work with and Im going to be leaving as soon as my employer gives me another option.

This insurance is horrible, worst customer service ever. If you need to see a Kids Dentistry is a hassle to get the authorization. You need preapproval for basic cleaning. The customer service reps tell different things everytime you speak with them. I would not recommend this at all. They make it harder for you to utilize the benefits.
