        Very friendly and helpful. Made my transition from one insurance agent to another seamless and painless. Always answered my questions or got back to me in a timely manner. Worked around my schedule and location, not theirs. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great insurance agent.

        Took 4.5 months to get my declaration pages which had the wrong info on them. Also he does not listen to his customers when they tell him what exterior buildings they have or if they have a NEW roof. Not sure where he gets his property info from but I do not have a 2car detached garage that I have been paying insurance on. This guy is a joke and now I'm having a difficult time working with all state to get this corrected. My advice is not use this agent.
