My wife is on leave and instead of caring for our children, she’s constantly back and forth with this company. They cannot tell her what documents to provide them and are not approving her leave through the state’s approval date.Horrible service and company.

Its week 7 of my 8 week leave. I've only received 23.08 each week, that's the bare minimum. Exhausted my FMLA on my last leave. Unum made me wade back through the FMLA application process to get a denial letter. Sent that in 12 days ago and can't get anyone to answer my back pay questions. Live chat actually left the conversation mid question. Worse than Reed group

Check your policies for "pre-existing conditions"-they will use it (however they can even if its NOT true) to NOT pay you! I could not give less than one star, but if I could, I would....do NOT do business with them!

Terribly run company. Impossible to get accurate information out of. Expect to get a different answer and information each time you call and talk to a different person.
