This is a decent hotel but nothing near what I would consider 4 stars. Its biggest advantage is being close to the convention center. The restaurants and pool facilities (no jacuzzi, tiny lap pool) pale in comparison to the much nicer Fairmont Olympic or Hyatt nearby. Stay at one of those if given the option.

Not impressed by either the service or the rooms. Rooms are outdated. Very poor insulation between the rooms. I could hear my neighbors all through the night. There was an error in my reservation made by a staff over the phone. The staff person when I checked in wasn't helpful. Disappointing for what is supposed to be a quality hotel. One of my favorite Marriott properties in Seattle. The staff are always friendly. They have a very nice club room with drinks and snacks. The rooms are a little outdated but very clean and comfortable. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5
