My smoke alarm malfunctioned and at 05: 55 and started beeping. Obviously there was no smoke in the room. I was awakened out of a deep sleep. Had to remove the smoke detector off the ceiling and disconnect it. I was unable to go back to sleep. When I checked out I told the front desk about it and she seemed like it was just something that happens every day, and asked me why I didn't call maintenance. At 5:55 in the morning I'm gonna waste time with maintenance? No way. Besides some of the elevators were non functional. They offered me nothing more than 'I'm sorry' And it didn't seem very sincere.

Mataya is an absolute sweetheart. So charismatic, welcoming and kind. She really made us feel so at home. Parking was a breeze and our room was so cozy and only 15 minutes from the airport. Rooms : 5/5 More

Updated hotel. Clean. Staff was kind and welcoming, even in the middle of the night. Free shuttle was prompt and appreciated.

The thing that stood out the most to me was the exceptional service I received from Mataya. I had traveled all afternoon and arrived just minutes after the restaurant kitchen closed. I observed as Mataya was patient with the customer in front of me who was asking many questions. When it was my turn to check in, I asked if there was a hotel market where I could grab a few snacks after my long day. She asked me to stay for a minute and left, and she returned with some fruit, granola bars, and a soda.
I stayed here to get to the airport easily the next day, but the service when I checked in was the best thanks to Mataya.
Walkability: This is very close to the airport. You can walk to the airport on a nice day, but if needed take the hotel shuttle which goes about every 15 minutes.
