        IF I CAN DO NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I HAVEN'T EVEN STAYED HERE YET. THE APPLE THEORY COMPANY CONTINUES TO IGNORE US, SAYING SOMEONE WILL CALL IN 10 MIN. THE ROOM WILL DONE IN 30 MIN, HANGS UP WHILE WE ARE ON HOLD. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST 5 HOURS. DON'T COME HERE. ONTOP OF THAT, MADE US WAIT 5 HOURS OUTSIDE TO TELL US WE ARE NOT GETTING OUR ROOM. Terrible.
