Executive Inn By The Space Needle

Car get broken into while its parked in their parking lot? Good luck getting anyone from the Inn to help. My niece and her friends stayed here, and even after trying multiple times to get more info from the Inn to provide as part of the police report, the only thing she gets is We still havent looked into this. Thankfully nothing was stolen from her car, but her back window was broken. Supposedly other cars had more important items stolen from their vehicles, so hopefully the hotel staff was more accommodating and better at communicating with them.

Very dirty place! The clerk was very rude and unprofessional. They by phone told me parking car is free but when we came they charged me. When I even paid them for parking they told they are not responsible for safety my car.

Thank you very much for this beautiful room. I loved my bday upgraded room so much. I had very lovely view of the space needle and museum of pop culture. It was very lovely. Again, thank you soooooo much for comp upgrade. Best service and very friendly front desk people works there. I would definitely be back here and recommend anyone to stay here with no doubt.
