If you plan on booking this hotel, be very aware of parking. If you book through a third party app please be advised they might not have parking on site for you and you have to take your chances somewhere else. Also, if you do the online check in, you may not receive a text when your room is ready.
Rooms:
The room we stayed in was very clean, the linens were clean, the washroom was clean, the floors were clean, 5/5 to the cleaning team. There is no microwave (at least there wasn't in our room) It is an older hotel, so the windows are older and you can definitely hear noise from outside. We were ok with this, but if you need complete quiet just be aware of this.
Service:
Their staff were good for the most part. I used their online check in service, and added a request for early check in if possible, and I was informed I would get a text when my room is ready. I never got any information so at around 1 pm I called the hotel to ask if the room is ready and they said they had lots of people who requested that. So even if you requested it through the online checkin, I don't think they check that. I never received any text that my room was ready, even after 4PM when I checked in. Not sure if this is a staff omission or problems with their app. Expedia didn't mention anything about a parking package purchase, and when we arrived there was no parking available.
Location:
Very central, definitely a good area of Seattle.
