        'New Store Sammamish'... horrible service, rude cashier named Kim. She needs to listen to the customer and not blame them for her own problem(s). Called 'Director' Mark Marsh left him a friendly message to have him call me back to let him know what I experienced. Its been over four days and no return phone call from Mark Marsh 'Director' ... Very disappointed that the director cannot reach out to a customer's needs. I've been on the plateau area over 20 years... and its a small community. People do talk and bad messages get out... Sorry this has to get out ... a phone call from the director would of suffice this situation.. no phone call.. leaves me no choice but to send this message through. I won't be attending this store ever again... and if anyone ask me how the store is??? I have no problems of telling the truth. When situations arise in the future... don't hesitate to call your customer for you so called 'Legendary Service' .. AW
