I placed my order was able to get delivery to a business in a timely manner. It was a gift for my sister and I was extremely happy with the purchase. She loved the arrangement. Will definitely order again

Order in February 7th for a Valentine’s Day delivery. Not only did EA not deliver the order ($100). They didn’t call to tell me it wouldn’t be delivered. Ruined Valentine’s Day. I’ve tried to call the number listed 12 times between yesterday and today and the number is either busy or no one answers. It forwarded me to their voicemail yesterday and then said the mailbox was full. I have no way to get a refund at this time due to this.

Very Rude Customer Service! I ordered an edible arrangement late and found out the couldn't deliver when needed, and it was my fault for doing it last minute so perfectly understandable, when I called to cancel I was hung up on twice. When talking they kept cutting me off and then rushed me off the phone without giving details of refund. I've ordered multiple times from them but never needed to speak with customer service...I will tell you I will NEVER order from them again.
