I hired these guys to add some life to my new patio after a terrible experience with the business practices of Saylor Landscaping...Shane and Paul (two good looking young bucks, I might add) came out to build a bench, install a light fixture and dress up the posts on my front porch. The two of them have a professional but humourous dynamic which keeps the mood light and happy (a much welcomed atmosphere when you are spending precious dough- the experience should be a good one). They take the time to check in with you and make sure you are given choices and that you are happy with the decisions made. They don't try to upsell you, either. In fact, they improved upon my original plan by suggesting we do LESS than originally planned because they thought it would look better!  I was grateful for the savings as well as the cleaner design (after all, they are the professionals). And I didn't feel that it was forced upon me. What's more, they are anal retentive in terms of how their work looks--thank goodness! Also, they clean up at the end of EACH DAY so your property doesn't look like a war zone for the duration of their project. Now, these aren't cheap workers, BUT when it comes to construction, you want to get what you pay for. I learned the hard way that isn't always the case, but with Western Exposures, it definitely was. For future jobs, I won't look any further. I've found my match!

We had a small problem with our kitchen drawers and a friend suggested that we call Vince Rowley, president of Western Exposures. We did and Mr. Rowley came byexactly on time and inspected the issue.  In a very short time, he determined whatthe problem was and fixed it.  As I said, this was a minor issue, but Vince was very professional and knowledgable.  We talked about other matters that we expect to come up in the near future, and will most certainly call Western Exposures forhelp.

Western Exposures has completed several jobs at my home. The most recent is the conversion of a swimming pool building to a spacious apartment. This building is located in a corner of my lot with no street or alley access. The WE crew had materials delivered to the site by crane. It was quite a sight to see as everything was swung over the roof of my house. In the main house, WE replaced all of the aluminum windows in my 1950 brick home. What a nasty job! The crew was careful to keep all shards of glass cleaned up.Prior to this, two bathrooms were renovated, a bay window added to my bedroom and several solatube skylights added. In a previous house, WE completely remodeled the first floor of a 1902 house and added a garage. A very high end kitchen was included in this job as well as intricate staining of varying trims to match perfectly. In all of these jobs, the bids have been competitive and accurate. The final bill was always within a few percent of the bid. Any modifications or changes were cleared with me first. The crew respected my home, yard, and cleaned up as I requested daily. Communications were very open and clear. I always knew exactly what was happening and when and how much it cost and the time involved.  This is a very polite crew and I have enjoyed working with these guys.  . .
