They have seen many different kinds of door styles from up-and-down to rolling doors. The following story is about one such job I had recently where I was called out to replace a garage door lock that didn't work anymore.

I never thought I would need a locksmith in my life, but when I lost the key to my motorcycle and couldn't find it anywhere, that's exactly what I needed. The guy who came out (his name is David) was great too; he took his time with me and made sure all of the locks on my doors were working well before leaving.

1 stars is because the job was done right. However the technician felt like he needed to be in other places rather than helping me and had an impatient attitude. I was told that if I were to pay cash then there may be a tax deducted discount. At the time I did not have enough cash so I said I would drive to the nearest ATM a mile a way to withdraw some cash for him. Then he said he had to keep my driver's license while following me to the ATM. I was rather uncomfortable with this idea so I said I can have him in my car and we go get the cash together. Under no circumstances i would have to surrender my personal ID to anyone to keep even for 1 minute, let alone driving without 1. He started getting impatient and demand that I should pay with credit card, and demanded my credit card at that point so that he can get out of there. Maybe he is just taking orders but I felt like the company is not willing to be accommodate for small matter like this. The policy of this company is flawed and imo can be improved because it should be a more professional transaction. Job is done right, yes. But customer satisfaction and technician professionalism, no.

Apart from professionalism, especially highlighting their human quality, being displaced I went with a problem with a key and they turned to give me a solution that they did not even charge me ... you have to reward people like that, thank you from the heart 🙏🏻

It seems I haven´t been able to give these guys a run for their money. As a business owner I usually need their help and get a very special treatment. I love their work.
