We've been on Ampm pest control service for 9 years at least. They have an office in Seattle, and that's who we work with. We get text messages and/or an email saying that we're scheduled for such and such time. And with a response number if we can't do that. They handle it. Then they text when they're on the way. If I ever have any questions, I can call the Seattle office and get some commentary from them, and the technicians that come to visit. They've upped their game in terms of communication to the customer. That has been positive in terms of our experience.

Ampm exterminators is always on time and provides an amazing service. I havent had pest issues for years and Ampm extermination continues to keep them away. My technician, Russ, is professional and thorough. He explains what he did and what to expect following his treatment.

Tech is always on time and very professional. I have no signs of bugs inside my home. Pricing is reasonable. Has to be reminded to close the gate. No signs of roaches or rodents. Never had to report any issues. Always give heads up before arriving.

This company is great. Peter Just came out to help take care of some extra requests we had and he always goes above and beyond. A very kind person with attention to detail to make sure your home is taken care of.
