Stay away! Beware! I am reaching out to others to warn against Dr. Tucker's dental clinic. After my experience, I don't believe she is ethical. It seems to me that she recommends costly treatments that benefit her, but not your dental health. Immediately after the work she did, I began having constant pain in the tooth. I called the next day about it. She acted like I was crazy, and that it wasn't possible I was having pain. Gaslighting me. However, as soon as I told the office manager I was reaching out to a new dentist to evaluate my situation (as I no longer trusted her), her dental office barraged me with 20 phone calls in a single day. They demanded in many voicemails that I call them back immediately. Seems like CYA behavior to me. Wish she seemed to care when I initially brought up the pain I was having. What is sad is that I never had any pain or problems with that tooth until she worked on it. Never an issue. It is now my new dental team's recommendation that her work on my tooth is causing my constant pain. Even worse, they say the tooth needs to be extracted because of her work -- and get this, I will need a dental implant. Can you believe this? The clinic seems nice at first, almost too nice to believe. However, she is not a good dentist - and not ethical. I think she is not good at dental work, or that she is greedy, or perhaps both. And when you let the office know you are getting a second opinion on her failed treatment, the fangs come out. Even worse is that I will lose this tooth. What a horrible experience I have had. Shame on her.

Do not trust this dentist. She is only interested in ripping off her patients and their insurance balance. She is really good at convincing her patients to do more than what is really required so she can benefit financially. She does a very poor job in the first visit and calls her patients for several subsequent visits so that she can rip them off. There are lot of genuine dentists in Seattle and also in the same building she operates.

I have been going to Dr. Tucker for about 4 years now and keep going back because the services and environment are so professional, clean, and intentionally put together. After going back to her offices following about a year of absence I was happy and comfortable to see how much thought has been put towards hygiene and patient safety. I've had several fillings performed here, in addition to my routine cleanings, and Dr. Tucker's work always impresses me with respect to recovery and with no increased sensitivities afterwards that I can ever recall. She connected me with Dr. Riolo as well when I needed orthodontia work done and the communication they had between each other during my course of care was much appreciated. I would recommend Dr. Tucker and her amazing, friendly team to anyone looking for or considering a new provider.

Initially, my experience with Dr Tucker was pleasant. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly and seemed friendly enough. Unfortunately, due to the events that unfolded following my initial appointment with her, I do NOT believe her to be an ethical dentist. I believe that Dr Tucker views profiting off her patients to be more important than providing high quality care. Her office threatened to send my bill to collections even though it was still being processed by my insurance. She also emailed me stating I would no longer be a patient without any explanation in the middle of providing care to me (including an upcoming appointment to fix a gum issue that was caused by a procedure she performed). I believe she cancelled me as a patient so she would not have to be financially responsible for follow up teeth treatment required due to her improper care. Once I told Dr Tucker that I would not pay the bill until it was determined by insurance to be my responsibility, she wrote a letter lying to my insurance stating that the procedure done was strictly cosmetic (even though it was never discussed with me as strictly cosmetic) when she realized they were missing proper charting documentation from her office. I am now in the process of appealing the denied claim as I do not believe I should owe for a procedure that I was told could be covered by insurance and was denied due to lack of documentation which was the dentists error. Based on my personal experiences with Dr Tucker (and her office manager Christine), I would NOT recommend her as a dentist.
