Very dirty. Did unnecessary work that was not approved by my insurance. Worst attitude. Not on time.

I was Dr. Pham's patient several years ago, yes this review rather late but better late than ever. I would rather have people be informed about her than make the mistake I did which was paying her because she was very affordable. You get what you pay for and I should have known. She was rude, unprofessional and inappropriate. Asking me personal questions, venting about her financial problems and even brought her cat to work. Granted, her cat was sick, so she said, but it's a dental office and many people are allergic and that's severely against the health code. I asked her questions about my braces treatment and she snapped at me for asking her questions and handed me an old outdated photo copy of generic Qs and As about orthodontic treatment and told me to read it and stop asking questions. One day she flipped out at me and was really nasty with me and she called my mom to say there was something wrong with ME! I was getting so fed up that I almost reported her to the state but being young and dumb at the time, I just forgave her weirdness and let it go. I'm pretty sure she has a mental condition. She told me she lives alone, never married, no kids and has 10 cats. I think she was lonely and thought it was fine to mix her social life with work. I have never gone back to her and never will. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She is professionally licensed to work as a dentist but she does not have the social skills to serve people in any capacity at all.
