Dr Yao is the Best ! I highly recommend Dr Eric Yao if you are looking for a reliable dentist. Upon entering the office, you notice how clean everything is. The staff greets you with a smile and are very considerate, making sure you are comfortable and informed about your procedure. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful about billing. Dr Yao has a great rapport with his hygienist and good communication skills while in the chair. Everyone is very sincere and friendly. Any anxiety I had about having dental work done is gone as I am confident in the caring attitude and quality work Dr Yao has done. He restored your teeth instead of just pulling them. My dental cleaning appointments are very pleasant as the hygienist puts me at ease during the cleaning which is the latest. The view out the window is also very pleasant. As a Breast Cancer survivor, radiation therapy destroyed my fillings, and I sing semi professionally. I was very embarrassed by my smile and Dr Yao figured out a reasonable plan to restore my teeth. After each appointment, he does give a phone call at the end of the day to make sure you are feeling okay and to answer any last minute questions. Thats a rare occurrence and much appreciated. I am very happy with my teeth and I love my smile. Im very proud to be a patient of Dr Eric Yao.
