Absolutely delicious! The meals were all under 650 calories and very flavorful. The lemongrass chicken and asada steak were incredible. For being cheaper than Hello Fresh and having it fully cooked and delivered, I highly recommend you give it a try!

Love the food, minimal packaging, and delivery. The portions look small, but they fill me up. Have tried other meal services and Fresh Meal is the best so far.

Awesome meal service! With a new baby it has been so nice to have some health meals each week. Been lots of great variety especially with the menu changing every couple of weeks.

Absolutely love Fresh Meal! Weve used them on and off throughout 2021 - especially helpful when daycare is closed but were both still working full time. Wheres the time to also cook food for ourselves and our kids?! These arent just convenient they are legit good. My husband hates microwaved food and even he loves these. The salmon over couscous is my absolute favorite but there arent any I havent liked. Its also in the name but its fresh and local (not frozen) which I think is how they maintain such great flavors and high quality ingredients. Im going to be using this as a gift for folks whove had babies, medical procedures or anyone who could use the convenience. Two thumbs up!

Spent all day researching meal delivery services and stumbled upon this LOCAL service. It has been amazing compared to the National brands with factory level production of cooked meals. FreshMeal has a real "home cooked meal" vibe and every meal is nutritious and well balanced with protein, veggie, and carb which I love! I'm a bit of a picky eater when it comes to repetitive meals so the variety of dishes has helped me a ton.
