WOW! I am always so impressed when I leave Dr. Grupp's office. I feel that she really listens to me and lets me figure out my own solutions instead of shoving a pill down my throat unnecessarily. She is so kind and has a warm smile that makes you feel welcome. I am more open and vulnerable with her than I have been with other doctors in the past because I know it is a safe space without harsh judgment. If you are new to therapy, Dr. Grupp is very disarming and can put you at ease. If you are used to counseling, she knows so much about medications, DSM diagnoses, and her field that you don't feel more experienced than the person across the couch from you. She is a very clever person with excellent insight and I completely trust her which is something that is difficult for me to build with a doctor. As long as Dr. Grupp is practicing, you can bet that I am going to be a patient. Thank you for changing my life every week, Dr. Grupp!
