Lisa is one of the most compassionate people I know. She has taught me the tools I use daily to help my anxiety, and has helped me through loss and life transitions. Lisa cares deeply about her work, and everyone around her. She balances humor, pragmatism, and empathy very well. I always feel safe to share my feelings with her.

I worked with John over the course of several months. I remember when the sessions began, and I was hesitant to let my guard down with someone I just met, but that changed pretty quickly as he demonstrated his warmth. Some of the sessions were highly enlightening, even mind-blowing, as he helped me explore my own psyche, why I do things I do, why I think things I think, etc. Not every session was like that, but they were always positive progress. After several months, and after he provided me with reading material and tools to go forward, I felt it was time to end the regular sessions. And as I left, I had a new life plan - going back to school for something I think I will love and something that will make a difference in the world. Thanks John.
