I can't say enough good things about this company. We moved into a unit they built about a year ago and couldn't be happier. In fact, when we walked the unit with our realtor, he said it was one of the best constructions he had seen in a new build. I had heard horror stories from friends who purchased newly constructed homes, and I am happy to say this has not been our experience. Julie and Vitaliy, who I have primarily been in contact with, are complete gems, their customer service is fantastic - even a year after move in, they have addressed any questions/concerns that have come up. I highly recommend Greenbuild Dev to anyone who is considering purchasing a home, you won't be sorry! I purchased my dream home from Greenbuild Dvlp. Living there for a while I see that my home was build with love, precision, and best materials. Design & workmanship are superb! Customer service was always helpful and responsive when answering my questions. Well done Greenbuild team!

Whomever was headed north on 5 in a company truck south of Seattle, drives like a maniac. Cutting lanes at 60 mph right in front of me, so I had to brake substantially. Not smart nor safe Jerk.
