        I worked for Rylem from July of 2021 to January of 2022. I thought they were wonderful - when I was laid off I reached out to my recruiter and asked if they would start looking for full time jobs within their networking community. The recruiter said he had jobs crossing his desk every day so we would find something. I still have yet to hear from him. I finally got hold of him when I received my office equipment (from the job I was laid off from) back. He seemed annoyed, and almost like "how dare you contact me" attitude towards me calling him. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but such is the review world.

        Quantity over quality is their motive. They just mass email and messages as many people as they can. You might as well just advertise your job posting.
