They hired a contractor to work on our condo and did a $24,000 project without permits! I could go on and on with examples. So our board is withholding money for more shoddy work done and Josh strange from AG had the nerve to complain to me that no contractors are going to want to work on our condo if we refuse to pay them. 🤷‍♀️ The buck stops with the Amento group! They were over seeing the contractor and had been chosen to do a $4 million renovation soon. If this is how they operate, then I hope not! The contractor also left $400 of lumber behind in June, now its October and it’s still sitting there, The contractor also left chemicals in the hallway for months. I’m sure he billed us for all if it , then didn’t need it, so he just left it there. I asked Josh to please have it removed because it is sitting directly outside my front door and across from my dining room window. Its a crime magnet. He said he’d take care of it! Nothing!!! Friday a thief came and tried to steal it. My son had to confront them. I’m extremely dissatisfied with Mr. Strange and Amento Group. They’re beyond unprofessional!
